Early Literacy

In the past we supported the pilot The Book Nook Project as a pilot program across nine Monroe Elementary classrooms. Creating themed spaces where children could discover books and develop a love for reading. We will continue to support literacy based programs to boost students success.

Writing Competition & Student Voice

Through our Student Writing Competition, we elevate literacy, critical thinking, and student voice. Students are recognized publicly and awarded scholarships, reinforcing the importance of communication skills for future success.

“The Future is Here’ High School Job Fair Series

Through our support of the district-wide job fair series, we connect students directly with local employers, creating real opportunities for career exploration, mentorship, and employment.

Attendance Campaign (“Your Future Starts Here, Every Day”)

Through a pilot attendance intiative at Dr. Carreon Academy, we partner with the school to reinforce attendance through positivity, recognition, and meaningful incentives, creating a culture where students feel seen, valued, and motivated to show up every day.

Student Assistance Fund

Through our Student Assistance Program, we provide immediate, discreet support to students and families facing hardship, ensuring basic needs do not become barriers to learning.

Inclusive Student Experiences

Through support of events like the Adapted Physical Education Abilities Day, we help expand access to inclusive, empowering experiences that celebrate students of all abilities while building confidence and community connection.
